Do I have to place my order online?
We use an online secure server to protect and process your confidential information, but give our clients the choice of how their order is placed. You may call us between the hours of 9am to 4:30pm EST and speak to one of our helpful staff to place your order.
How soon will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2-3 days of placement. Some personalized items may take longer. Other items are custom made specifically for you and will ship within 15 business days. Please order early to ensure you are able to get what you want in a timely fashion.
How will my order ship?
Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx ground. We can also ship 3 day Select, 2 Day and Next Day Air. You will have the option of upgrading your shipping during checkout for an additional cost. We will occasionally use the USPS for personalized candy wrapper orders. Once your order ships Party Favors Ink cannot be responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
I need my cake topper within one week. Can that be accomplished?
Our cake toppers are custom made to order. Normal turnaround time for them is 5 to 15 business days with UPS Ground shipping. If you need your order before that we are able to place a rush order. The manufacturer charges a rush fee of at least $40.00 for this service and it will be added to the total of your invoice. Please contact us for an exact quote.
I'm not getting a cake topper. Is rush service available on other items?
We want all of our clients to have everything they need to make their celebration a success so rush service is available on many of our items. There may be an additional cost of $10 for this service. Please contact us so that we may advise you.
Can I personalize my candy wrapper favors?
YES, we encourage you to have your favors reflect your personality. Allow additional processing time so that we can e-mail you a proof of your wrapper for your approval before we print them out. Please contact us for additional information about our personalized wrapper favors.
Do you have a print catalog to send to me?
We constantly add to our product list and want to ensure that you always have access to the newest items for your celebration, so we do not have a print catalog.
What is your refund policy?
Party Favors Ink wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item fails to meet your expectations, please contact us to let us know. We will issue a return authorization number if necessary. Please do not return any merchandise to us without contacting us to receive an authorization number, which should be clearly noted on the returned box. Return shipping costs will be the responsibity of the customer. We will charge you a 10% restocking fee and will refund or replace your returned items minus the original shipping and handling fees. We are unable to accept for refund or replacement any customized, personalized or used items. This includes personalized candy wrappers you order from us, once you have e-mailed us your approval of our proof.
1. Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
2. Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
3. Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services. We will NEVER sell your information to a third party.
